As Principal for Tradewin’s US consulting practice, Matt brings extensive experience in working with importers and exporters to perfect their compliance operations. He specializes in duty recovery programs, preferential trade agreement qualification, tariff classification, prior disclosures, and audit support.

Preceding this role, Matt was Principal of Tradewin’s European practice for five years, based in the UK. There, he managed a team of consultants across multiple European countries providing both tactical and advisory services for customers. Prior to relocating to the UK, Matt served as Tradewin’s Manager of US Duty Drawback services, and as an Advisory Services Consultant.

Matt holds a Master of Arts degree in Diplomacy and International Commerce from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Furman University. He is a Licensed Customs Broker and is IATA/FIATA Certified. Matt is based in Boston, Massachusetts.

Principal, Asia Pacific, Tradewin

As Principal of Tradewin in the Asia Pacific region, Marko manages Tradewin’s practices in Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Korea, China, Hong Kong and India. Prior to joining Tradewin, Marko worked in several capacities in the logistics industry including managing freight forwarding and customs operations. Marko has years of trade compliance experience and adding value to supply chains through various duty mitigation methods, involving Tariff Classification, Tariff Concession Orders, Valuation, Duty Drawback, Free Trade Agreements, and industry assistance schemes. Marko also assists clients in understanding the complexities of customs and trade compliance, and implementing programs to mitigate and manage associated risks, including AEO/Trusted Trader programs. Marko is a licensed Customs Broker in Australia and is fully accredited by the Department of Agriculture & Water Resources. He holds a Bachelor of International Business from the University of South Australia.

Director, Strategic Accounts, Tradewin

As Director of Strategic Accounts, Queena partners with multinational key customers to develop and implement holistic trade compliance programs and scalable solutions that span across multiple geographies.  Queena provides expert guidance to optimize our key accounts’ global trade programs, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to evolving regulations.

Queena joined Tradewin in 2017 as General Manager of Hong Kong with oversight for Taiwan, assisting businesses to navigate customs and trade requirements in outbound markets.  Queena advised customers in all areas of customs compliance and led a team of specialists managing regional trade operations programs.   Prior to joining Tradewin, Queena was a Senior Manager in the Customs & Trade practice of a Big 4 consulting firm, with years of experience covering the Asia Pacific region out of Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Over the years, Queena has been well known for her numerous customer and supplier workshops on Trade Compliance and was a co-author of the book Governance, Risk, and Compliance Management in China for German companies. Queena is a graduate of the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, with majors in Business Economics and Finance.
