Andrew spent 30 years in the freight industry focused on the provision of services for the Healthcare industry globally.
He retired in 2003 and has been on a personal health journey since 2018.
Christian is a Principal with deep expertise in Customs Brokerage, Compliance, and import and export regulations. He brings a strong blend of legal, technical, and commercial insight, shaped by eight years at Expeditors in customs and compliance roles before joining Tradewin Europe in 2016. A licensed Customs Broker with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Rotterdam Business School, Christian is known for his ability to manage complex customs operations while enhancing compliance performance across the supply chain.
Eelco de Jong is Co-Founder of Validaide, the leading digital platform that enables pharmaceutical companies and logistics partners to manage lane risk and supplier qualification across global supply chains. Under his leadership, Validaide has grown into a trusted industry standard for digitalizing lane risk assessments in temperature-sensitive logistics. Prior to Validaide, Eelco founded Antaris Solutions, the company behind the SmartView monitoring solution now part of Berlinger. He holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Master’s in Econometrics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Leticia is a Senior Solutions Consultant specializing in technology-enabled solutions and digital transformation. With experience working across global markets, she partners closely with customers and cross-functional teams to translate complex challenges into actionable, scalable outcomes. Leticia is particularly interested in the intersection of technology, data, and business transformation, and enjoys building solutions that create long-term impact.
Peter brings over 25 years of experience in advocacy within the biotech and pharmaceutical industry. He has played a key role in shaping policy and market conditions in the Netherlands, from strengthening the biotech ecosystem to improving access to innovative medicines, including orphan drugs and advanced therapies. With a background as a molecular biologist and a PhD in virology, Peter combines deep scientific expertise with extensive policy and industry insight, and currently serves as a board member of the Netherlands Institute for Biology (NIBI).
Joel is Global Head of Pharmaceutical Logistics at Air France KLM Martinair Cargo. With a background spanning supply chain management, passenger airline revenue management, and international leadership roles, he brings both operational expertise and strategic perspective. Today, he is focused on driving AFKLMP Cargo’s ambition to be the most reliable, innovative, and sustainable partner for pharmaceutical logistics worldwide.
